How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days for US orders. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it on the carrier's website or at contact us for help.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon!

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. See our full Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email us at mydnaclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 24 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. You'll be notified by email.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately at mydnaclothing@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will replace or refund your order, no questions asked.
What if I ordered the wrong item?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing the order and we'll do our best to modify it before it ships.
